The Pilot Development Program is geared toward pilot students and certified flight instructors that attend or instruct at a flight training program and are interested in a career with Horizon Air. As the regional carrier for Alaska Airlines, you will fly through some of the most beautiful parts of our country with advanced avionics at your fingertips that keep the flying fun.
